1. Your order will be dispatched within 48 hours. We will send the items via DHL, UPS FEDEX, EMS, China POST, HK Post, and Singapore Post. They all come with tracking numbers so you'll always know where your item is.
2. Important note: If you chose China Post, HK post or Singapore Post as your shipping method the order will arrive to most countries within 10 to 20 days. If you come from Russia you'll have a 20 days delay due to local customs checking. If you do not received your item after 25 days from the payment date, please contact us and we will check the status for you.

3. If you are not satisfied with the item you received, please return it within 7 days for a replacement or a refund. Please contact our service team first before you return it.
4. If the item becomes defective in the first month, please ensure that the product is returned in the original condition you had received it. We will send you a brand new replacement at no extra cost to you.
5. If the item becomes defective after three months, you can still return it back to us. We will send you a replacement after receiving the defective item. But you will have to pay the additional shipping fee.
