Thinner

The thinner is designed for Chenghong series of 2K top coat, 1K base coat, clear coat, 2K primer, etc. Standard, quick drying, slow drying and ultra slow drying types are available for different varieties. And available to match different application requirement and temperatures.

Product Usage: It has good dissolution and promote bonding effect.

Hardener

The car paint hardener / curing agent is designed for 2k Solid Colour Paint and Varnish. High concentrated, yellow resistant hardener. Standard, quick drying and slow drying types are available for different varieties. And available to match different application requirement and temperatures.

Match with: 2K solid colours, Varnish

Operation Parameter

 Shelf Life: 2 years if stored in Original sealed containers at 20°C

Note: After using the hardener, it should be tightly sealed and stored in a cool dry place to avoid thickening or hardening of the hardener. Hardener should avoid direct sunlight.

Degreaser Car Paint

Characteristic: Remove grease, oil and other contaminants to avoid unnecessary paint film defects.

Substrate: Any topcoat, primer, putty and metal’s surface.

Usage:

1. The product is ready for use.

2. Spray or abrade the surface by the degreaser dust cloth

3. Smear again with the clean and dry dust cloth.

Fade-out Thinner

Characteristic:When doing partial repair, It can dissolve the interface position of the old and new paint film, make the new and old paint film dissolve as a whole, make the paint film color of roll line edge location being more smooth and softer, and achieve perfect repair effect.

Substrate: Suitable for 2K solid topcoat or 2K varnish.

Mixing Ratio: Use without mixing. If you want to mix, can be mixed with the paint that remained in the spray gun at Ratio 1:1.

Spray-Painted Method: After finishing the painting make-up, gently spray the interface solvent on the interface immediately, then gently spray it 20 seconds later.

Shelf Life: 2 years if stored in Original sealed containers at 20°C

NOTE:

Not suitable for 1K Basecoat and Primer.

Anti-silicone

Suitable for 2K solid color and varnish, able to remove fisheyes on the paint film.

 Mixing Ratio: For every litre of  hardener and thinner containing paint,one could add 0.5-2caps(4-15g) of the Anti-silicone.

Spray Methods: If fish eyes are found in the first round of spraying, spraying the paint with anti-fisheye agent may remove the emerged fish eyes.

Shelf Life: 2 years if stored in Original sealed containers at 20°C

NOTE:

1. Mix with right ratio of Anti-silicon. Excess addition may cause defect of small bubbles or pinholes.

2.  In serious problems, fisheyes affected paint film must be sanded out and filled whtn it is hard dry. Refinish with paint mixed with Anti-silicon.

Matting Agent

The matting agent with surface organic treatment is high quality film coating.Its paint film has fineness hand-feeling,smoothness,higher transparency.

Substrate: 2K solid color, varnish and 1K primer

Mixing Ratio:

Shelf Life: 2 years if stored in Original sealed containers at 20°C

1. Recommended to use soon after open,prevent moisture affecting the results.
