Application

Working Principle

The cyclone separator is known as the cyclone centrifugal dust collector. During operation, dusty air enters the dust collector through an opening at the top of the machine, and then moves downward along the wall of the dust removal housing in a centrifugal rotating manner. As dust and air have very different gravities, when dusty air enters the cyclone separators, its flow speed slows down. When the centrifugal force vanishes, dust remains inside the dust collector and clean air is released through the air outlet.
