The latest development of KJ101N-F2 integrated substation adopts new embedded microcomputer technology; the large-scale integrated circuit chip integrates CPU, flash memory and interface which simplifies peripheral circuit of the instrument and improve the structural reliability. All circuits of the substation are designed on a circuit board, and from which the sensor wires are led out to improve the reliability.
The instrument adopts new high molecule compound material casting shell, featured with high strength and corrosion resistance. Elegant profile plus excellent technology constitute outstanding body. Horizontal and vertical view angles of the instrument are over 130 degrees which offers convenient space to users. The instrument is nice and elegant, making incomparable volume and lightweight. The total weight is no more than 25Kg. It is the integrated monitoring substation with the smallest volume and lightest weight.
Human-centered design is carried out in accordance with loading features of the human body. Thickness of the box is as thin as possible, which facilitates carrying and hoisting and installation. Four corners of the instrument are designed as R round corner, smooth surface plus round body reinforce affinity. A comfortable wide lifting beam is installed above the instrument, like lifting a small box in hand.
The front and rear cover are both opening structure. The front cover is intrinsically safe structure, which changes the traditional four-wall surrounding mode. Cover of the instrument is integrated with the four walls. After opening the door-shaped front and rear covers, one control circuit board of the instrument is exposed that facilitates wiring and maintenance. The rear cover is explosion-proof design. Opening the explosion-proof rear cover, the A.C. power supply, power-off wiring column are exposed. 10 channels of the power are located at one power circuit board, and screwing off the 4 screws is convenient disassembly for check.
Backup power of the instrument is installed in the explosion-proof cavity, which is embedded on the casting module. Screw with 4 internal hexagonal screws, and the battery can be easily replaced. The power board is provided with professional automatic charging and discharging management circuit. Excellent backup power supply ensures reliable switchover after the A.C. power failure without worrying about the memory effects. The high-capacity backup battery can load more than 6 hours (full load).
The new instrument is provided with flexible input selection of sensor, which can match sensors of any full-scale value and parameters of any physical value. The input system is flexible and has wide compatibility.
When the instrument is used to monitor methane, the device is provided with 2 independent local power-off output and 1 remote digital coding drive output. Each channel can drive 8-channel mining use circuit breaker, which could realize 8-channel remote and 4-channel local power-off control. The power-off contact can offer normally open or closed mode.
Monitoring substation of model KJ101N-F2 can also in company with several substations to constitute cascading power-off group or wire cascade power-off group that realize the depth expansion of substation’s monitoring function.
Structure and profile of the instrument are patented with ‘utility model’ and ‘appearance patent’; any other persons are not allowed to copy and proliferated. Otherwise, legal investigation will proceed.
