Answer:We wouldn't supply free samples before we have a deal. However:we often offer free samples to our long relations buyer

    Answer: yes, accept. We have colleagues to sever you according to the buyers

4.Question: Warranty& After-Service

We provide 1 year warranty . If the item is defective, please sent back to us, we will repair or replace new one for you. The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs incurred when sending back. We are responsible for the shipping cost to the buyer.
