Lifting buffer bed, it combines the advantages of traditional buffer roller and buffer bed, better to cater to the growing of high capacity, high speed of the belt conveyor.

Composite heavy-duty impact bed relative to buffer roller can effectively control the belt sag and relative to buffer bed can reduce the friction between the belt and the impact bars.

Features:

· UHMWPE surface with extremely low coefficient of friction on the top of impact bars will reduce effectively the wear on the conveyor belt
· Shock absorbing rubber/high elastic rubber can reduce the shock of material, consequently, reduce the belt weared.
